- Doctors recommend drinking about 8 glasses of water a day to replace this fluid and keep us in great condition, so that properly hydrated we feel more alive, have more energy and concentrate better which helps to increase our productivity

- Schools are now legally required to supply water to their children
- The workplace regulations 1992 clearly state "You should make easily accessible to all people in the workplace an adequate supply of wholesome drinking water and cups".
